UPRIGHT Pilates Studio is hosting two 90-minute sessions: Sunday, January 18th, 1:00 pm and Thursday, February 19th, 6:00 pm. Reserve each separately. (Waitlist only event January 18th, 3:00 pm - this will only open once the other two are waitlisted).
Participants must be familiar with their personal Pilates work-out.
